MT Compliance User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User" or "you") and SIA "MT Compliance Latvia" Reg. No. 40203534561, Jaunatnes iela 1 – 38, Sigulda, Siguldas nov., LV-2150  ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the www.mtcompliance.com website and services (collectively referred to as the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Informational Purpose

The content provided on the MT Compliance website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice or services, and reliance on any information provided is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
